Pork & Leek Sausages

Description Lovely leeks! These are a great sausage, ideal in a hearty casserole or with some mash. The wonderful onion flavour of leek blends brilliantly with pork – finished off with a hint of cracked black pepper to give a fresh, light sausage. Sausages are packed by weight and sold in approx. 400g packs which normally yields 5 sausages. Because our sausages are hand made, they may vary in size slightly. Minimum pack size is 400g.
