Marmalade Pork Sausages

Paddington Bear’s Favourite A former Champion Sausage in the South West area and multiple Taste of the West award winner, our Marmalade sausages are a firm favourite. They have the flavour of a deconstructed marmalade. The orangey sweetness is right at the front of your mouth before the pork comes through, giving way to a hint of pepper and finishing off with the bitter orange flavour of the pith. Sausages are packed by weight and sold in 400g packs which normally yields 5 sausages. Because our sausages are hand made, they may vary in size slightly. Minimum pack size is 425g.
