Scrumpy Joe’s Sausages (Cider & Apple)

Description Scrumpy is a rough (and strong) cider that is popular in the West country. In these sausages, the cider comes through early and quickly gives way to the Bramley apple’s sweetness, finishing with the rich taste of pork. Phwoar. Scrumpy Joe’s sausages were first made for the famous Glastonbury Festival, thinking they wouldn’t survive long for everyday use, especially as the Cider & Mustard sausages are so popular. However, we were wrong. They picked up a gold award and are made every week…we are in Somerset after all. Sausages are packed by weight and sold in 400g packs which normally yields 5 sausages. Because our sausages are handmade, they may vary in size slightly. The minimum pack size is 400g.
