Description DescriptionOur thin traditional pork sausages in a bulk buy format. Made using the same recipe as our thick traditional sausages, simply produced in a thinner format. Well seasoned, meaty, and ideal for breakfast service, catering, or feeding a crowd. Made in-house using Blanchard’s outdoor-raised pork. Supplied as approximately 2.5kg, equating to around 60 sausages. Cooking Guide Pan fry: Cook gently over a medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly until golden and cooked through. Oven: Roast at 180°C (160°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning once. BBQ: Cook over a moderate heat, allowing time to colour evenly without splitting. Serving SuggestionPerfect for breakfast service, events, or filling the freezer. Freezes well.
