Description Our thin traditional pork sausages are made using the same recipe as our thick traditional sausages, simply produced in a slimmer format. Well seasoned, meaty, and ideal where a lighter sausage is preferred, without losing flavour. Made in-house using Blanchard’s outdoor-raised pork. Packed as 8 sausages per tray, with an average weight of 320g. Cooking Guide Pan fry: Cook gently over a medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly until golden and cooked through. Oven: Roast at 180°C (160°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning once. BBQ: Cook over a moderate heat, allowing time to colour evenly without splitting.
