Antique 19th Century Georgian Tortoise shell Tea Caddy with MOP decorations.

Antiques 19th century Georgian tortoise shell veneer tea caddy’s, top chamfered with a sarcophagus rectangular square form . Front of the caddy decorated with inlayed mother of pearl  flowers and leafage’s and sterling silver escutcheon. The interior is  fitted  with ivory borders and has two compartments with tortoise shell veneered lids and MOP knob handles. The tea caddy stands on original ivory ball feet. Tea caddy  is in a very good original condition with a working lock and original key. It is : 7 1/4″ W x 4 1/4″ D x 5 1/4″ H
