MALLOCH’S VEST POCKET FLY BOX, 50 CLIP, 19 ANTIQUE FLIES Malloch steel box, black “Japanned” finish outside, cream enamel inside. Measures 4 ¼” x 2 7/8” x ½”.  Inside and outside finishes are quite remarkable, with the outside finish excellent and the inside with only one chip, as shown.  Malloch’s oval shield in nickel silver on the top of the box.  The flies are all antique trout flies with feather wings.  Several have fan wings and one has an extended mayfly body.  Flies are in excellent condition, appropriate period for the box. #x100
