Description ARDEX WR 31 is a 3-in-1 fine-grade jointing and patching mortar and key coat. It is suitable for jointing fibre-cement sheet and blueboard prior to rendering, and patching cracks and holes of existing render to a depth of up to 5mm. ARDEX WR 31 can also be used as a key coat for non-porous and flexible substrates prior to rendering.
