Littmann Lightweight II S.E. is a basic range stethoscope that features a new oval-shaped chestpiece that allows the doctor/nurse to reach to areas that are difficult to reach when using the traditional circular chest-piece. This new design also incorporates the double-frequencies membrane developed by 3M, the comfortable non-cold rim and membrane, and the anatomical and comfortable ear tips with soft ending that helps isolate from ambient sounds.
